If you eat, you need to see this film. What "Food, Inc." did to bring attention to factory-farming methods, "Fresh" does for the other side of the table. Here the viewer gets to see a host of organic farmers who take their stewardship for producing local food seriously. Each farmer featured shares the same philosophy. If you take care of the land (or animal), it will take care of you. It's so heartwarming to witness folks who really believe in what they are doing and who are willing to disregard societal acceptance to do what's right. These days, that is a welcome and refreshing position. Anyone who is interested in taking responsibility for the food they eat would enjoy this documentary.
Fresh sounds like a wonderful documentary. Hopefully, many new and positive changes are looming on the horizon for our country...and hopefully, the type of foods and its production is one of them.
