Here We Go!

Well, after six years of talking and planning,
we have finally put our house on the market.
Real estate has picked up a good bit here lately in Central Florida,
so we are hopeful.

There are mixed feelings with the move,
as we have come to make a few friends in the area.
Our small town has everything centrally located,
which makes it convenient for errands.

But we also know that we don't belong in this type of community,
where you can see inside your neighbors' windows.
We look forward to better services for our son.
We know that we are moving toward something,
rather than running away from something.
And that makes all the difference.

We are taking it one step at a time
and I, for one,
am grateful for each stride.

  12. Best of luck! And we're officially under contract for our other house! We weren't able to wait to sell to move to this farm. We would have lost it if we didn't move away. Hoping yours will sell quickly. It looks so cute on the outside.
