The crust is so easy to make
and with homemade gravy, it really hits the spot.
Not having found a tasty gluten-free store bought bread
that doesn't cause Lil' Guy some reaction,
this recipe fills the bill.
He likes just a little gravy and
browned ground chicken on his,
although any toppings could be added.
This crust is thick and hearty.

Now we can all enjoy pizza nights.

then add toppings and bake another 8 minutes.
It looks delicious - nice and flaky. I love homemade pizza and since we've been eating only homemade I find that purchased at a pizza place too greasy, cheesy and just plain yuck. :)
