Bloomin' Walk

Another beautiful day here in North Carolina.
The cooler weather and rainstorms
have been a welcome treat.
Needless to say, I've been enjoying my daily walks.
Here's a new path taken the other afternoon.

The delicate blossoms and color contrast are gorgeous.

Even in this suburban neighborhood,
backyard farmers can be found.

The crape myrtles here shed their bark.

These purple blooms added a pop of color to my stroll.

Hope you find some wonderful trails to follow today.

We're off to spend my birthday at a local state park.
Until next time...

  1. What a great area for a stroll. Love the limegreen Coleus with the bright pink Vinca. I like the purple Angelonia with the ornamental peppers too.

  2. Daisy, I enjoyed the stroll today. My favorite pic is the one with the trees on the hill and the pine needles...so pretty.
