Luscious Chocolate Pudding


How do you turn this into chocolate pudding?




Add these other ingredients, give 'em a whirl
and you get this...



Yeah, really!


Dairy-Free Chocolate Pudding
3 avocados (or 1 large)
4-6 T dark cocoa powder
1/4 C honey
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt

Add all ingredients to food processor.
Mix until smooth.
Refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
Makes 4 servings.

  14. No way! I almost don't believe you ;) I'm going to have to try this one myself. How can avocados taste like pudding? Wow, my son hates avocados, so this is a great sneaky way to get them into his diet. Love it!
