Thanks for sharing, I'll have to look up that book! I really enjoy using Aromatherapy. Peppermint really helps me feel more awake when I'm overtired, and orange helps lift our moods when we are feeling cranky. That's some of the things I use it for, but would love to incorporate more. It's such an interesting subject!
