Honey Squash


We had this last night and it was oh-so good! 
The honey and olive oil carmelize
and add just a touch of sweetness.


Cut an acorn squash in half, then slice into half rings.
Drizzle with olive oil, honey, salt and a touch of cinnamon.
Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.

  1. I've made a thousand acorn squash in my life, I swear, and never ever did I think to cut them up like this------I LIKE it like this!! You CAN teach an old Sue new tricks!!
